I used to make friendship bands from this box which was my mothers when I was young. More so the knotted kind. These necklaces were inspired by those days and I really enjoyed making them. Both my stamped scarves and these necklaces have been made using techniques I learnt as a child rather than the fancy ones I paid to learn at university and I kind of like it like that.
